It is recommended to inspect and clean Dish Detection Camera, Dish Mat, and Sensors (including the Image Module, Stereoscopic Vision, Radar) at least once a week to ensure optimal performance.
Gently wipe with non-woven fabric.
Cleaning:Thoroughly rinse the silicone mat with clean water to remove any cleaner residue.
Drying:Place the silicone mat on a clean towel and allow it to air dry naturally. Alternatively, use a hairdryer on a cool air setting.Ensure the silicone mat is completely dry before storing to prevent mould growth.
Placement Standards:• The mat should fit snugly within the plate.• It must not extend beyond the plate, as this may obstruct the sensors.
Power off the charging pile, then use a slightly damp non-woven cloth to wipe any dirt from the copper contacts. Wait until they are completely dry before powering it back on.
Lift the robot from the force-bearing area above the base, keeping it balanced on both the left and right sides. Ensure the robot is upright during transportation, and never attempt to lift it by the tray or box.
If the robot malfunctions, do not attempt to open it or remove screws. Always seek professional assistance before trying any repairs.
