Troubleshooting Power Issue
If you're experiencing issues with powering on your BellaBot, please follow these steps to diagnose.

1. Battery Check
Open the battery cover located at the bottom back of BellaBot. Ensure the battery is properly fixed in its slot.

2. Key Part Alignment
Inspect the key part (located near the battery). The white spot should face the bottom right. If it's facing upper left, rotate it to the bottom right position.

3. Reassemble
After adjusting, put the battery cover back securely.

4. Emergency Button
Check the emergency button (red) at the top of BellaBot. If pressed, rotate it clockwise to its original position.
​

5. Power On
Press the power button for 5 seconds to turn on BellaBot.
​

6. Screen Check
The screen should display the normal table screen.
​

7. Home Screen
If the home screen appears instead, select the green shape, then choose APK to proceed.

8. Final Check
BellaBot should now display the normal table screen.

Charging Instructions
To ensure your BellaBot is charged correctly and efficiently, please follow these steps.

1. Battery Check
Open the battery cover located at the bottom back of BellaBot. Ensure the battery is properly fixed in its slot.

5. Connecting the Charger
Plug the charger into BellaBot. Ensure the connection is secure. Upon successful connection, both the charger and the robot's bottom should display red light, indicating charging is in progress.

6. Charging Progress
The screen on BellaBot will display the current charging percentage.

Cleaning the Sensors
Regular cleaning of BellaBot's sensors is crucial for optimal performance. Please follow these steps to safely clean the sensors.

1. Check and Clean the RGBD Sensors
Locate the upward-facing RGBD sensors on BellaBot. There are three parts to these sensors.

Gently wipe the sensors with a slightly damp, soft tissue or cotton cloth to remove any dirt.
​
Immediately follow up with a dry, soft tissue or cloth to remove any moisture. Ensure the sensors are completely dry.

2. Inspect the Bottom Sensor Cover
Check if the yellow cover at the bottom inner part of the robot is losen. If the cover is loose, carefully reattach or cover it back securely. Ensure it is properly aligned and fixed in place.
